Need help making a payment online through the portal?  Here are a few helpful tips.  

How to Make a Payment Online (PDF)

  • Navigate to "Account & Invoices" from the main menu
  • Click “Make Payment” in the toolbar
  • Enter the amount, click "Continue", and follow the on-screen prompts
  • OR: From the Home page, use the “Click Here to Pay” button

How to Add a Credit Card (PDF)

  • Click your name to view account options
  • Click “Profile Settings” from the drop-down menu
  • Click the "Add Card" button
  • Enter your card details and click "Save"

How to Add a Credit Card + Auto Pay (PDF)

  • Click your name to view account options
  • Click “Profile Settings” from the drop-down menu
  • Click the "Add Card" button and enter your card details in the pop-up
  • To enable Auto Pay, select "Automatically pay emailed invoices", then "OK”

How to Edit a Credit Card (PDF)

  • Click your name to view account options
  • Click “Profile Settings” from the drop-down menu
  • Under stored Payment Options, click the 3 dots to the right of the credit card, then "Edit"
  • Enter your card details and click "Save"

How to Add and Verify a Bank Account (PDF)
   Part 1

  • Click your name to view account options
  • Click “Profile Settings” from the drop-down menu
  • Click the "Add Bank" button
  • Enter your bank account details and click "Save"
  • Click your name to view account options
  • Be on the lookout for two small verification deposits in your bank account (usually less than $1.00). These may take 1-2 business days to appear.

   Part 2

  • Click your name to view account options
  • Click “Profile Settings” from the drop-down menu
  • Under stored Payment Options, click "Verify Payment Method"
  • Enter the verification deposits into the fields provided and click "Save"

How to Add and Verify a Bank Account with Auto Pay (PDF)

   Part 1

  • Click your name to view account options
  • Click “Profile Settings” from the drop-down menu
  • Click the "Add Bank" button and enter your bank details in the pop-up
  • To enable Auto Pay, select "Automatically pay emailed invoices", then "OK”
  • Be on the lookout for two small verification deposits in your bank account (usually less than $1.00). These may take 1-2 business days to appear.

  • Click “Profile Settings” from the drop-down menu
  • Under stored Payment Options, click "Verify Payment Method"
  • Enter the verification deposits into the fields provided and click "Save"
